Technological equipment (machine park)
Our modern machinery allows us to provide high-quality services in the production and machining of engineering parts. Regardless of the size and weight of the part, we can ensure its precise processing according to your requirements.
Carousel 1 SKIQ 12: This machine enables the machining of parts with maximum dimensions of X=1500 mm and Z=1300 mm. Its load capacity is up to 8 tons, making it suitable for processing very heavy parts.
Carousel 2 SKL 12: This carousel is suitable for machining parts with dimensions of X=1700 mm and Z=1000 mm. Its maximum load capacity is 2 tons, making it ideal for medium-weight parts.
Machining center / milling machine – DMF 220 Linear: This machining center is equipped with path travels of X=2200 mm, Z=720 mm, and Y=560 mm. The clamping surface of the table measures 2600 mm x 600 mm, with a load capacity of 2.2 tons. Thanks to these parameters, we can machine even very large parts with high precision.
Machining of hoop rings
We specialize in the final machining of tram hoop rings with dimensions ranging from 300 to 1300 mm (outer diameter). For precise machining, we use CNC technology, which ensures maximum accuracy and quality for each hoop. We exclusively work with high-quality and certified materials.
